• The provider and management team demonstrate a vision, determination and passion
  for continual improvements. They constantly reflect on the nursery provision to help
  improve outcomes for children.
• The nursery has an exceptionally strong and caring ethos that puts the child at the
  centre of everything they do. Staff ensure that all children have a happy and highly
  enjoyable nursery experience.
• Parents are valued partners and very enthusiastic to share their highly positive
  feedback about the nursery. They feel warmly welcomed and are encouraged to be
  actively involved in their children’s learning. This partnership contributes greatly to
  children’s success at the nursery.
• Children are extremely happy, confident and settled within the nursery. They form
  strong, close and caring relationships with their key person, who gets to know the
  children and their families very well.
• Children who speak English as an additional language and who have special educational
  needs and/or disabilities are exceptionally well supported to make the best possible
  progress. Staff work very closely with parents and other professionals to plan focused
  next steps for children’s learning.
• Staff use early years pupil premium funding with great success. They make excellent
  use of resources to support parents to continue their children’s learning at home.
